Why Overnight Matters for Some Pets
Dogs with separation anxiety, seniors with medical needs, or pets that are simply unsettled without a person in the house do best with overnight coverage. A drop-in at 9pm and again at 7am leaves a gap that some animals feel acutely.
An overnight stay closes that gap entirely. Your sitter is present. Your pet knows it.
The Home Security Side
When your sitter stays in your home, your property is not sitting empty. Lights are on. A car may be in the driveway. Someone answers the door if needed.
For clients who travel frequently, overnight house sitting also means a daily home check by someone accountable and documented. If something is wrong, your sitter contacts you the same day.
What to Expect Before Your First Overnight
Every overnight booking starts with a Meet & Greet. You meet your sitter in person before any service begins. You walk them through the home, cover your pet’s routine, and confirm access details. There is no commitment required at the Meet & Greet and no charge.
All sitters are background-checked, carry Pet First Aid and CPR certification, and are covered under our full insurance and bond.
