You would work as an independent contractor, which means you set your own availability. You choose the days and times you are open, and we match client bookings to your schedule. There are no set hours and no minimum commitments.

Most contractors work a mix of drop-in visits, dog walks, and occasional overnight stays. Some focus on a specific service type. That part is flexible and based on what works for you.

Every visit is GPS-confirmed and documented through our client portal. You receive a visit request, accept it or decline it, complete the visit, upload photos, and submit your report. The process is clear and consistent from day one.

We provide the clients, the platform, and the support. You provide the care.

We are currently prioritizing contractors in the following areas:

– Fort Mill and Tega Cay
– Indian Land and Lake Wylie
– Ballantyne, Pineville, and the Steele Creek corridor

We hold every contractor to the same standard before their first booking.

– Background check through Checkr, including criminal history, sex offender registry, and identity verification
– Signed independent contractor agreement prior to your first booking
– Pet First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of your first booking (we can point you toward a course if you need one)
– Reliable transportation and a valid personal auto insurance policy
– Smartphone for GPS check-ins, photo reporting, and the client portal
– Comfort with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments

Prior professional pet care experience is preferred but not required. If you have a strong track record of responsibility and genuinely love animals, that matters just as much.
