Additional Fees
Holiday Surcharge
A $10–$15 per-visit holiday surcharge applies on the following dates: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.Holiday bookings are limited and fill quickly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred sitter.Last-Minute Booking Fee
Bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit are subject to a $10 last-minute fee, applied automatically at booking.Weekend Surcharge
A $5 per-visit surcharge applies to all visits scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.Medication Administration
Medication administration is available for an additional $5 per visit. This includes standard oral and topical medications. Please discuss any complex medical needs with us in advance.Additional Pets
Additional pets from the same household are $5–$8 per pet, per visit, depending on care requirements.Billing & Payments
All billing is handled through our secure client portal. A valid card on file is required. Payments are processed automatically, and clients never need to exchange cash or payment information directly with their sitter.Booking Policies
Vacation Visit Minimums
Dogs require a minimum of 3 visits per day. Cats require a minimum of 1 visit per day. This policy applies to all multi-day and vacation bookings.
Key and Access Policy
For your security and ours, we use keyless access on every visit. A door code, garage code, or lockbox works perfectly. This ensures no physical key to your home ever changes hands.
Cancellation Policy
Walks / drop-ins / cat visits: less than 24 hours = 100% fee
Overnight / house sitting: less than 14 days = 50% | less than 7 days = 100% | Holidays less than 30 days = 100% + 50% deposit at booking
