About Elite Pet Care Service

Elite Pet Care Service was founded with a straightforward idea: pet owners in Charlotte deserve a service they can genuinely trust. Not an app where a stranger shows up. Not a franchise where every sitter gets generic training. A real, locally operated business where the people caring for your pet are vetted, trained, and accountable.

We started in 2019 and have built our reputation visit by visit across the Charlotte metro. Every sitter we bring on goes through a full background check, carries Pet First Aid and CPR certification, and is covered under our insurance and bond before their first assignment.

We are now expanding into York County, SC, starting with Fort Mill and Tega Cay. These communities have grown rapidly and the demand for quality pet care has grown with them. We are building our team there now and will begin accepting clients as soon as our sitters are in place.

Every Elite Pet Care visit includes your pet’s care plus a full home check. We bring in packages, water plants, rotate lights, check doors and windows, and handle trash bins on collection days. We do this because we think pet owners who trust us with their home should get exactly that: someone looking after the whole home, not just the animals inside it.

We also built our Adventure Walk service around the science of decompression walking, giving dogs an unhurried hour of sniff-led exploration in their own neighborhood.

For your security and ours, we use keyless access on every visit. A door code, garage code, or lockbox works perfectly. This ensures no physical key to your home ever changes hands. We GPS-track every walk and check-in, and send a full photo report after every service. You always know your pet is in good hands because we show you the proof every time.
