Meet Hope

As a Charlotte native and lifelong animal lover, caring for pets has always been a natural part of who I am. I’ve always understood the comfort, companionship, and joy that animals bring to a family, and helping people feel confident their pets are in good hands has never felt like work. It has always felt like a privilege.

Elite Pet Care got its start in 2019, born out of a desire to build something meaningful with my family. What began as a personal endeavor quickly grew into something much bigger. I loved building relationships with pets and their families, and I discovered just how rewarding it was to help people feel confident their pets were safe, happy, and well cared for while they were away.

In 2026, Elite Pet Care Service became an official LLC, formalizing years of hands-on experience and trusted client relationships into a business built to serve the Charlotte and York County communities at a higher level.

In addition to running Elite Pet Care, I have spent more than 16 years managing and teaching at community pottery studios throughout the Charlotte area. Working with hundreds of students taught me the value of reliability, communication, attention to detail, and creating positive experiences for others. Those same qualities guide every client relationship and every pet visit we provide.

Today, Elite Pet Care is supported by a team of background-checked, insured pet care professionals who share my commitment to quality, reliability, and genuine care.

As a pet owner myself, I understand that pets are family. Every walk, drop-in visit, and overnight stay is an opportunity to provide not only excellent care for your pets, but real peace of mind for you. Whether you are traveling, working long hours, or simply need an extra hand, my goal is to provide the kind of care I would want for my own pets: dependable, professional, and filled with genuine affection.
