What the Work Looks Like

You work as an independent contractor. You set your own availability, choose which assignments to accept, and are free to work with other companies or run your own pet care business alongside ours.

Most contractors work as dog walkers and pet sitters, handling a mix of drop-in visits, dog walks, and occasional overnight pet sitting stays. Some focus on a specific service type. That flexibility is yours.

Everything runs through Time To Pet (our scheduling and client communication system). You review available assignments, accept what works for your schedule, complete the visit, and submit your report. Built-in GPS tracking lets clients see exactly when and where their visit happened, which builds trust and helps you stand out as a professional.

We handle the marketing, client acquisition, billing, and administrative support. You bring the care.

Priority Service Areas

We are currently hiring dog walkers and pet sitters in:

– Fort Mill and Tega Cay
– Indian Land and Lake Wylie
– Ballantyne, Pineville, and the Steele Creek corridor

Most assignments are mornings, midday, evenings, and holidays. The more of these windows you are open to, the more work is available to you.

What You'll Earn

This is independent contractor work, paid per assignment.

You earn 60% of the service rate on every assignment you complete. Standard drop-in visits and dog walks typically pay between $17 and $22 per assignment. Higher-value services pay more: adventure walks pay around $45 and overnight house sitting pays $75 or more per assignment. You keep 100% of any tips. Pay is sent by direct deposit on a weekly schedule.

Because you choose how many assignments you accept and which service types you offer, your weekly earnings are largely up to you. Listed amounts reflect current floor rates, so actual pay per assignment can be higher.
