Our core Charlotte territory covers Myers Park, Dilworth, Eastover, Elizabeth, Cotswold, SouthPark, and the Ballantyne corridor including Blakeney, Stonecrest, Piper Glen, Quail Hollow, Seven Eagles, and Providence Country Club. If you are in any of the established neighborhoods between South End and the South Carolina line, we likely serve your street.

We are also accepting waitlist signups in Pineville, Weddington, Marvin, and Steele Creek.

Fort Mill has grown into one of the most desirable communities in the Charlotte metro and the families moving here deserve the same level of care available across the state line. We serve Baxter Village, Kingsley, Springfield, Masons Bend, and Waterside at the Catawba, and we are actively building our team to meet the demand in these neighborhoods.

Tega Cay is a tight-knit waterfront community and one of the most distinctive places to live in York County. We serve the established neighborhoods along Lake Wylie including Lake Ridge, and we are accepting waitlist signups throughout the peninsula.
